Deposit Policy

From 23/10/2023 we will require a £20 deposit for all bookings at The Foot Hut.

This deposit will be used as part payment towards your service and is fully refundable should you cancel within 48 hours for your appointment. Please note that cancellations are best communicated via phonecall and text message.

All deposits will be used as part payment towards your final bill.

Our cancellation policy is strictly 48 hours for all patients.
If we do not receive 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment then unfortunately, your deposit is non-refundable.

All customers who fail to turn up for their appointment will be be unable to re-book until a 50% charge has been paid to cover our losses.

We understand that things can happen in all paths of life. We are all human. And as part of our company values we can assure you that we will be entirely sympathetic in urgent circumstances. But we do ask you for your understanding that anything less than urgent will be charged to help out our small business from falling behind.

Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place because of the sheer volume of non-arrivals we have experienced in the past, which in turn has been difficult in all areas of running my small business.
